Senior Payroll Analyst | Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid) | Direct Hire
Vaco is hiring a Payroll Analyst for an immediate direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule in Jacksonville.
Responsibilities- Process and analyze multi-state payroll with a focus on compliance
- Manage timekeeping and system integrations (Kronos & Workday)
- Audit payroll data, research variances, and perform manual FLSA/overtime calculations
- Support payroll tax compliance, earnings/deductions setup, and shift differential structures
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll and payroll tax experience
- Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems and payroll audits/analysis
- Experience with Kronos and Workday strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Leadership experience a plus
- CPP
