This position will involve various tasks that are used to mitigate firm and client risk across multiple entities and platforms. You will be required to multi task in a high volume, fast paced environment all while meeting regulatory deadlines.

• Primary responsibility is the processing of Buy In Notices & executions for trade resolution related to 161, 671, Financing and Clearing, Prime Brokerage and Stock Loan.

• Daily interaction via email and phone calls with contra brokers, trade support teams, trading desks, Branch offices, Financing and Clearing, Prime Brokerage clients, and other internal Operation areas.

• Daily processing tasks include mitigation of firm risk/exposure by ensuring proper Buy In notices are sent out to brokers via DTC Smart Tracks application, sending and receiving manual notifications via email as well as sending manual Buy In notifications to internal clients/traders who are short on stock record.

• Associate will be responsible for learning and adhering to FINRA, SEC and other Regulatory Buy In rules.

• Ability to learn and understand FINRA, SEC, and other Regulatory Buy In Rules

• Ability to learn and understand different Buy In functions relating to 161, 671, Financing and Clearing, Prime Brokerage and Stock Loan

• Ability to elevate appropriately and obtain problem solving skills

• Excellent oral & written communication skills

Pay Details: $38.48 per hour
