Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Loan Processor to join our Land Home team.
Essential Functions- Works directly with a Loan Originator to process loans from approval to clear to close.
- Sends out new approvals to borrowers with a detailed list of additional documents needed for the file after initial underwriting.
- Reviews documents received from borrowers to ensure they are sufficient to clear conditions prior to submitting to underwriting.
- Organizes the title package, appraisal, and borrower conditions within the file for underwriting review.
- Updates fees and properly re‑discloses the file.
- Ensures all required documents are received in the file prior to clear to close review by underwriting.
- Performs related duties as assigned by the Processing Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree in finance or banking preferred.
- At least 2‑3 years of professional office environment required, preferably as an administrative or mortgage assistant.
- Possess an understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/fixed, etc.
- Highly motivated and goal‑oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to manage a loan pipeline and associated incoming work to meet expected turn times.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products and ability to quickly gain proficiency in the company’s proprietary mortgage software products.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
- Able to sit at a workstation for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to physically type.
