• Order third-party services (e.g., appraisals, title commitments, tax certificates, flood certifications/determinations) based on Processor direction and authorization
• Confirm vendor receipt of orders, required documentation, and expected turnaround times
• Proactively follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely return of all third-party items
• Route completed documents to the Processor for review and approval, and ensure proper upload to the loan file
