Manager, Analysis

Manager of Performance Analysis supports the corporate financial analysis function primarily by focusing on advanced financial modeling for company‑wide initiatives. As the primary financial liaison to operations leaders, this position will assist our leadership team with understanding the data derived from their strategic initiatives. The Manager will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for company‑wide FP&A while working closely with the respective business unit Managers.

The Manager will assist in developing models to reflect strategic initiatives for evaluating the Company’s opportunities for continued investments and dispositions. The Manager will ultimately be responsible for creating the standards for which the models are evaluated including all business assumptions and methodologies.

• Minimum of 5 (five) years of previous experience creating advanced financial models for company‑wide programs.
• Advanced education such as MBA, CFA, or CPA designations strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing financial modeling platforms and BI tools.
• Strong preference for candidates from the financial services (banking) industry or closely related.
• Strong presentation skills including verbal and written communications skills.

Annual Salary: $145,000 - $175,000 (USD)
