As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Jacksonville, FL. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer’s financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Performs proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty.

Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverages ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand and retain relationships, and positions PNC products to meet customers’ needs. Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.

Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively. Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrates sound judgment within established limits, and maintains a heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.

Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Work Experience:

Roles at this level typically do not require a university degree, high school diploma or GED. A minimum of 1+ years of related experience is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
