We are working with an excellent company based in Jacksonville in search of a Compensation Analyst! This person will work closely with the finance team to administer monthly payment plans, incentives, and provide continuous improvement of compensation procedures.

Job Responsibilities- Utilize data from various sources to analyze pay plan design and modeling
- Support monthly compensation processing
- Assist with annual budgeting, processing bonus accruals, and annual payment plans
- Ad-hoc reporting for sales and compensation data
- Own all phases of compensation processing and reporting including data sourcing and auditing
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a relevant area
- 2+ years of experience as an analyst focused in compensation, finance/FP&A, or accounting
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Experience working with Net Suite, D365, or similar ERP systems
