A Cash Management Specialist is responsible for all activities related to payment processing, ensuring accurate, timely processing and clearing exception items.

• Process transactions accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with departmental and investor guidelines.
• Identify and resolve exception items promptly.
• Document the system, including comments on disposition of work items.
• Identify, research, and resolve issues and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist with internal or external audit requests.
• Communicate trends and problems with recommended solutions to management.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of department documentation, including policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience; financial services industry experience a plus.
• Strong PC skills and knowledge of MS Office and company operating systems.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills; organized and detail oriented.
• Customer service, team‑oriented, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of the department.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships at the work group level.

Pay Range: $21.24 – $28.31 hourly.
