We are hiring an experienced Finance Manager to lead operations across both domestic and international platforms. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that allows you to work in a global environment and make a direct impact on strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
- Develop financial models to support business strategy
- Present financial reports to senior leadership
- Identify and drive process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred)
- 5–7+ years of finance experience, ideally within a multinational environment
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Hands-on experience with Kingdee, QBO, and ERP/WMS systems
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and international tax regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
