We’re looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator who is passionate about building relationships and helping members feel confident on their path to home ownership.
Radi Fi Credit Union is seeking an energetic Mortgage Originator to generate residential first mortgage loans through company-provided leads and referral partner relationships.
In this role, you'll build relationships with members, originate mortgage loans, convert inbound leads, develop new business opportunities, and represent Radi Fi in the community. You'll guide borrowers through the loan process from application to closing while ensuring an exceptional member experience and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do:- Originate residential mortgage loans
- Build and expand referral partner networks
- Generate new business and meet production goals
- Cross-sell credit union products and services
- Provide outstanding member service from application through closing
- Minimum of two years in a mortgage loan origination position
- Strong sales background to include prospecting
- Cross-sell credit union products and services
- (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
- Must meet and maintain all requirements for registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) as a Mortgage Loan Originator for a federally regulated institution
