Hours:

40. Pay: $25.75 – $38.50 USD. The Premier Banker will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of mass‑affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationship and ensuring a personalized, connected experience.

• Conduct proactive outreach—phone, email, and in‑person—to build and deepen relationships with mass‑affluent clients.
• Use an advice‑based approach to review clients’ financial information, suggest appropriate banking solutions, and coordinate introductions to internal partners.
• Serve as the expert liaison among internal partners in small business, wealth, commercial, and lending functions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new mass‑affluent prospects through referrals, leads, and outbound prospecting.
• Deliver excellent client service, manage moderately complex client concerns, and appropriately escalating banking‑related issues.
• Adhere to all relevant retail/wealth policies, procedures, FINRA, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate loan product discussions and manage the application intake, maintaining active NMLS registration.
• Collaborate with wealth financial advisors on joint pipeline reviews and referral activities.
• Coach and provide feedback to bank staff on effective ways to articulate program value and generate mass‑affluent referrals.
• Implement the client identification program (CIP) and perform required due‑diligence and enhanced due‑diligence activities.
• Support compliance with AML procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

• High school diploma or GED (required); bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years in financial or banking services.
• Successful completion of the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) strongly preferred.
• Life & health license preferred.
• Experience with retail and small business banking, and with serving mass‑affluent and high net‑worth clients.
• Active NMLS registration upon hire.
• Consultative sales experience required.
