Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Financial Representative based in Jacksonville, FL. Financial Representatives are responsible for providing personalized financial solutions by actively engaging with clients to understand their financial goals. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting financial planning consultations, offering insurance and investment options, and assisting clients with retirement planning to improve their long‑term financial well‑being. This role involves building lasting relationships with clients while working closely with managers for mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications
  • Understanding of Financial Planning and Retirement Planning principles
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Investments Background in Finance or related disciplines
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present financial concepts to a diverse audience
  • Active licensure or willingness to obtain required licenses (such as state Life and Health Insurance licenses)
  • Prior experience in sales or client relationship management is a plus
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven attitude and commitment to customer success
