Purpose
The mission of the Finance Assistant is to provide support to the Fiance Managers in successful funding of all deals.
Essential Duties- Verify car deal documents to insure compliance.
- Daily monitoring of contracts in transits.
- Follow-up with customers and banks regarding funding status.
- Communicate with F&I and Sales managers regarding funding status.
- Update funding tracking system.
- Excellent time management skills and efficient work flow.
- Support Finance, Sales and Accounting duties with other duties as assigned.
- One or more years of customer service and/or accounting experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Detailed oriented.
- Self motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule.
- Excellent communications skills. Professional personal appearance. Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
