Community America Credit Union seeks a Mortgage Servicing/Default specialist to manage mortgage files in bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction, REO and related claim processing. You will prepare and coordinate documents for law firms, ensure timelines and fees remain within investor guidelines, and maintain client relationships.
You will also handle sensitive conversations with delinquent members, coordinate property preservation, and convey assets to sponsors as required.
