Entry Level Financial Advisor

Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000

We are looking for driven individuals who want more than just a job. As an entry level financial advisor, you'll work one-on-one with clients to create personalized financial solutions, while building meaningful relationships and a career you’re proud of.

No finance background? No problem—no experience needed. Sales, customer service, or people-facing experience is a big plus. The first step is to obtain the necessary licenses. Bankers Life covers Life & Health coursework, and we help you prepare for the Securities Industry Essentials Exam. The exam includes coursework, support, and a $2,000 bonus upon completion. Additional licensing exams may be required to become a Financial Advisor.
