Currently seeking an experienced Senior Premium Auditor to conduct workers' compensation and general liability audits of insurance policies and serve as a representative for other auditing-related issues. In this role, you will schedule and perform field and virtual audits in the assigned territory.

This position is a field‑based position, and the candidate will need to reside in Tampa or Jacksonville, FL, St. Louis, MO, Indianapolis, IN, Charlotte, NC, Baltimore, MD or Nashville, TN,

The salary range for this position is $68,664-$105,739 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education).
  • Four years of experience in a premium audit‑related technical role.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Availability to travel within assigned territory involving occasional overnight stays.
  • Samples of your work product.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Premium auditing rules, classification system & codes for auditable lines of P&C business.
  • Advanced working knowledge of NCCI / ISO / PAAS manual content and state special audit‑related rules & statutes.
  • Solid working knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills to include explaining technical issues.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision‑making.
