The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis within a complex, multi-channel environment. This individual will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to translate business drivers into financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans
- Build driver-based financial models and perform scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Lead financial and variance analysis and communicate key business insights
- Prepare executive-level financial reporting, KPIs, and supporting analysis
- Partner with business leaders to support strategic and operational decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, reporting, and FP&A processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with financial planning and forecasting systems
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP, BI, or data visualization tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business required
