Chase - 1140 Dunn Avenue - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet, check clients into waiting queue, and schedule/cancel meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge to meet financial goals as a team;
Perform branch operations such as cash devices handling (cash vault, ATM) in adherence to bank policies
