Triad Financial Services is seeking a Direct Loan Originator to join our growing team. You will consult and sell Triad approved mortgage applications to borrowers and retailers, and develop relationships with borrowers during the home buying process.
You will be the main contact advising borrowers and sellers, ordering appraisals, gathering conditions, and managing the loan pipeline to ensure timely closings.
