We are partnering with a growing Jacksonville-based company seeking a Senior Financial Compensation Analyst to join its Finance team. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional with a background in FP&A, Finance, or Compensation Analytics who excels at transforming data into business insights. Leveraging Net Suite, advanced Excel, and Power BI, you'll develop compensation models, analyze labor and incentive costs, automate reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain compensation, bonus, incentive, and workforce planning models.
- Analyze compensation trends, labor costs, and headcount metrics to support business decisions.
- Partner with Finance and HR leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and compensation planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation and workforce analytics reporting.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide visibility into compensation, labor costs, and organizational performance.
- Extract, validate, and analyze large datasets from Net Suite and other business systems.
- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
- Evaluate compensation programs and provide recommendations based on market and internal data.
- Automate reporting processes and improve data integrity across Finance and HR functions.
- Present analysis and insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Compensation Analysis, or Workforce Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Net Suite, Excel (financial modeling, Power Query, Pivot Tables), and Power BI.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data visualization.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
