Duties
You will independently classify and prepare complete classification evaluations to analyze and determine the proper occupational series, title, and grade for GS and FWS positions.
You will provide expert advice to BUMED HRO staff and command managers and supervisors with respect to position management issues.
You will participate in classification projects such as, but not limited to, developing standardized position descriptions or position descriptions audit reviews.
You will provide information and training to BUMED HRO staff and Navy Medicine managers and supervisors on classification and position management.
