Environmental Specialist III position with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection in Jacksonville, responsible for compliance assistance and inspections in environmental resource management. Key qualifications:- At least five years of verifiable related experience in environmental resource management compliance and inspection activities
- Knowledge of environmental or natural sciences terminology, principles, and analytical techniques
- Ability to prepare technical reports and work independently with minimal oversight
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
- Certified Wetland Evaluator certification within 90 days of hire
