High volume, high-performing Sport Clips locations in NE Jacksonville are looking for a motivated Hair Stylist or Barber, passionate and caring leader to take us to the next level. We have local owners and a talented Operations Director who want to develop you as a leader. We want someone who will drive a sense of urgency, accountability, and client growth. Are you a passionate Hair Stylist or Barber who wants to build a team of great stylists?

You will have the opportunity to share your expertise in cosmetology as well as develop new and existing Hair Stylists.

We will hire as a Hair Stylist or Barber; 90‑day training period with the opportunity to become Assistant Manager if we both agree.

• A valid cosmetology or barber license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Passion for the Hair Industry
