Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 / hour (Base pay + massive tip income + commissions)

What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality, consistent men's and boys' haircuts.
Provide a premium guest experience, including our signature MVP Experience (hot towel, massaging shampoo, and neck/shoulder massage).
Maintain a clean, high-energy, and welcoming station.
Grow your income by recommending top-tier retail products (Gibs, Actiiv, and more).
What We Are Looking For
A valid Florida Cosmetology license is a must.
A passion for men's grooming and a desire to keep sharpening your skills.
