Florida Kidney Physicians are hiring Advanced Practice Providers to join their growing practice in Jacksonville, FL!

, which is seeking passionate and dedicated APPs to join their team. This opportunity is open to candidates of all experience levels, though those with dialysis or nephrology experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
APP University, Panoramic Health’s on-demand education program built by nephrologists for APPs, offers flexible learning that builds confidence quickly and equips you with the knowledge and skills to excel in nephrology care. In addition, weekly office hours and ongoing check-ins with the Chief Medical Officer during your first 90 days ensure you have guidance and support to help you grow in your role.
Hiring Package:
- Competitive base salary with productivity bonus
- 3 weeks paid time off
- 1 week CME Annually (2,500 CME allowance)
- Monday
- Friday covering dialysis, clinic, and hospital
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree program in nursing or physician assistant studies with nationally recognized course content, formal clinical preparation with minimum hour standards per program requirements
- Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.
- Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
- Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.
- Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.
- Knowledge of medical records documentation in a confidential manner.
