Radiology Supervisor | Fri-Sun | CT

Overview

Supervises and coordinates operations of the assigned cost center(s) to ensure accurate and timely services are provided to customers. Provides supervision and leadership to the staff.

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  High School Diploma. Specific course work:
  Graduate of an accredited Radiology discipline, Cardiovascular discipline, or relative on-the-job training (i.e. Military).
• Preferred Education:
  
  Associate's degree.
• Necessary
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure to complete deadlines. Demonstrate appropriate computer skills. Familiar with imaging equipment and all other patient care equipment.
• Required Licensure/
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Credentialed, certified, or licensed in a Radiology modality such as ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS, or CCI (RCIS, etc.).
• Required Experience:
  
  3-5 years Radiology, Interventional Lab, or Cardiovascular Lab experience - OR - Supervisory experience.
• Preferred Experience:
  
  Five (5) years as a radiological technologist. Over three (3) years in a supervisory role within radiology.
• Supervision:
  Supervisory responsibility of 10 employees.
• Preferred Licensure/Certification:
  Certified in two (2) different Radiology modalities through ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS.
