We're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant who's ready to support both patients and providers during in-office procedures. In this role, you'll prepare patients for visits, assist with procedures, maintain sterile environments, and ensure accurate documentation-helping providers deliver seamless, high-quality care.

GENERAL SUMMARY
What You'll Do
- Facilitate communication between patient and provider, including intake, vitals, EMR documentation, and procedure prep.
- Prepare exam and procedure rooms, including stocking, sterilization, and equipment set-up.
- Assist providers during in-office procedures by prepping injections, handing instruments, and monitoring sterile technique.
- Maintain patient safety, HIPAA compliance, and universal precautions throughout all procedures.
- Support care team with records, scheduling, supply management, and patient follow-up communication.
- Prepare patients for visits, including intake, vitals, EMR documentation, dressing removal, and procedure set-up.
- Assist providers during in-office procedures by prepping injections, handing instruments, and maintaining sterile technique.
- Maintain patient safety, HIPAA compliance, and infection control standards.
- Sterilize and clean procedure rooms; stock exam rooms and monitor equipment/supply needs.
- Support care team with patient records, scheduling, and responding to voicemails/tasks.
- Create and promote a positive patient experience at every point of care.
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Prior medical assistant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of outpatient procedures, patient safety standards, universal precautions, and surgical equipment use.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, time management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
