What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Educate and engage healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on‑label prescribing
  • Independently drive sales performance and meet or exceed sales forecasts and budgets
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive high‑performing sales in the assigned territory

    Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to optimize product utilization and capitalize on market opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree required
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales
  • Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales‑focused role
  • Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Product launch experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of territory and established relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar‑based call planning tools
  • Marketing experience with an understanding of financial processes and Market Access
  • Skills in clinical knowledge of the medical, healthcare, or pharmacy industry
