This is a full-time, on-site Medical Assistant role located in Jacksonville, FL. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for supporting physicians and healthcare providers in delivering high-quality care to pediatric patients. Key responsibilities include preparing patients for examinations, administering basic medical procedures, maintaining medical records, coordinating patient communications, and ensuring a clean and organized clinical environment.

• Proficiency in performing medical procedures and tasks including taking vitals, administering immunizations, and assisting during medical examinations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain and update medical records and handle appointment scheduling.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers compassionately and professionally.
• Knowledge of office administration and clinical software systems, along with proficiency in adhering to medical protocols and regulations.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) and prior experience in a pediatric or clinical setting is preferred.
