We are seeking a dedicated LPN Night Supervisor to support the overall clinical operations of our community. This role is vital in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while fostering a respectful and dignified environment. The supervisor will work closely with the Health & Wellness Director (Director of Nursing) to coordinate and monitor resident care and support team development.

• Oversee daily healthcare operations to ensure residents’ needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Provide hands‑on nursing care on the floor 4 days per week.
• Perform administrative and leadership duties 1 day per week, including documentation, team support, and care planning.
• Collaborate with the Health & Wellness Director to assess and respond to changes in residents’ healthcare needs.
• Promote a culture of quality care, respect, and dignity for all residents.
• Support staff training, mentorship, and compliance with health regulations.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the community.
• Rotate on call every other week.

• Education as required to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1–2 years relevant experience.
• LPN or LVN license.
• Ability to manage day‑to‑day healthcare operations of the community and ensure resident care quality.
• Experience in staff supervision, medication management, and training of caregivers.
• Flexibility to perform tasks such as caregiving or med tech duties when necessary.
• Willingness to share on‑call duties as required.

• Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities.
