We are seeking a Patient Relations Manager to support our MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice. This role ensures an exceptional, concierge‑level patient experience while managing membership engagement, communication, and daily front‑office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for MDVIP members and deliver a high‑touch service experience
- Manage membership onboarding, renewals, and retention outreach
- Coordinate annual wellness exams and MDVIP program requirements
- Oversee patient communication, reminders, and practice updates
- Support scheduling, referrals, and administrative workflow
- Maintain compliance with MDVIP standards and practice policies
Qualifications:
- Must have MDVIP experience
- Experience in healthcare administration, patient relations, or concierge service
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- EMR and patient‑portal proficiency preferred
