Job Summary
Eligible for up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus and $7,500 Relocation Assistance if hired. Baptist Health is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in our Ultrasound Department at Baptist Beaches. This is a Full-Time opportunity with a shift of Saturday 7:00am - 10:00pm, Sunday 7:00am - 10:00pm, and Monday 7:30am - 5:00pm.
At Baptist Health, our Diagnostic Medical Sonographers play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care through advanced imaging by performing high-quality ultrasound examination, assist physicians, and ensure the safety and comfort of patients (both adults and pediatrics) in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities- Performs high quality, diagnostic ultrasound and peripheral vascular procedures.
- Promotes goodwill amongst co-workers and other departments and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
- Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.

Education Required- Vocational School
- Associate's Degree
- 1-2 years Hospital Experience
- 1-2 years Customer Service Experience
- Ultrasound Experience
- Experience with vascular ultrasound
- Experience working in a hospital setting
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
- Registered Technologist in Sonography ARRT (S) Required Or
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) Required Or
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) Required
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Preferred Or
- Registered Technologist in Vascular Sonography ARRT (VS) Preferred Or
