Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Jacksonville, FL. The BCBA will develop and oversee applied behavior analysis programs, conduct assessments, and implement behavior plans tailored to individual client needs. Additional responsibilities include guiding and supporting registered behavior technicians (RBTs), providing parent training and education, monitoring program outcomes, and ensuring compliance with ABA best practices and ethical standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies
- Experience in Behavior Management strategies and techniques
- Competence in Parent Education and providing training to caregivers
- Understanding of Psychology with knowledge relevant to Autism and developmental disorders
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children and young adults with Autism is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development in line with BACB guidelines
