North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health Care System's is searching for a Social Work-Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program with Mental Health Service at the Jacksonville location
. Ideal applicants are those who want to contribute to the achievement of quality care standards, as well as the growth and development of a VA academic hospital program.
The social worker is assigned to the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System Mental Health Clinic located at Jacksonville VA Clinic
. The social worker's responsibilities include the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning of mental health and psychosocial problems, often at a time when the Veteran is experiencing crisis and include the provision of evidence based clinical/psychotherapeutic interventions.
