We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join a supportive school district in Jacksonville, NC. • Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed, ASHA‑certified SLP, in accordance with the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) goals
• Assist in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders as outlined in students’ IEPs or treatment plans
• Apply evidence‑based intervention strategies and adjust therapy techniques under clinical supervision to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and school teams to support student communication goals across settings
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services provided, student progress, and required clinical reports
• Uphold ASHA’s Code of Ethics and adhere to Clinical Fellowship guidelines for professional and clinical growth

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for state licensure as a Clinical Fellow (temporary/provisional licensure if required)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Completion of graduate‑level clinical practicum (no post‑graduate experience required)
