Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in our Inpatient Behavioral Health unit at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a Full Time Day shift opportunity.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will assess psychosocial needs and provide services that enhance patient functioning, emotional well‑being and continued access to services and resources in the community. Overall, this LCSW contributes to the care of patients by addressing their social and emotional needs, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy within a behavioral health setting.
Responsibilities- Assess psychosocial needs and provide services that enhance patient functioning, emotional well‑being and continued access to services and resources in the community.
- Facilitate group and individual therapies on an inpatient behavioral health unit.
- Complete documentation as required for regulatory purposes (Baker Act, clinical documentation).
- Assist with safety planning.
** A valid Florida LCSW is required for this role; registered interns will not be considered **
