Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Job Type: Full Time, Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:30pm
• Pay:$21+ per hour (based on experience, certification year, and other education/credentials)
• Location: East Jacksonville area, especially the Developmental Learning Center

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plan
• Collect data and document daily progress notes
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective, data-driven care
• Support clients with behavior management and crisis intervention when needed
• Provide services in a school-based setting

• Active RBT certification
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Experience working with individuals in educational or therapeutic settings
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental differences
