• Job Type: Full-Time
• Pay: $21+ per hour, based on experience
• Hours
  : 9-4 or 9-6:30, Monday-Friday

• Deliver high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s goals.
• Collect data and maintain detailed daily session notes to track meaningful progress.
• Partner closely with the BCBA to support data-driven clinical decisions.
• Provide behavior support and assist with crisis management when needed.
• Deliver therapy across settings—including clinic, home, and school environments.

• Active RBT certification.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire (if not current).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience supporting individuals in clinical, home, or school settings.
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

• Competitive starting pay at $21+ per hour.
