Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Clinical Dietitian I to our Dietary Department at Baptist Downtown, located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a PRN opportunity.

• Assuring patients receive appropriate nutrition
• Implementing and maintaining plan of care for TF and TPN patients
• Providing education to inpatients and/or significant others, staff, civic organizations, and approved community events
• Communicating well with multidisciplinary staff
• Promoting a caring and supportive work environment
• Performing other functions as assigned
• Improving and maintaining department quality results
• Covering at all Baptist Health hospital locations
• Developing personal goals

• 1-2 years Clinical Inpatient Nutrition Care Experience

• Registered Dietitian (RD) – required
• Licensed Dietitian – required
• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) – preferred
• Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) – preferred
• Certified Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition (CSG) – preferred
• Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management – preferred
• Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO) – preferred
• Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition (CSP) – preferred
• Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition (CSR) – preferred
• Certified Specialist in Pediatric Critical Care Nutrition – preferred
• Bachelor of Science – required
• Master of Science – preferred
