Physician Assistant

Chen Med seeks a mission-driven Physician Assistant to deliver high-touch, value-based primary care to seniors with complex chronic conditions. In this team-based role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage chronic diseases, coordinate care, and proactively prevent hospitalizations.
