- Provide continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients
- Verbally redirect patients from engaging in any at-risk behaviors
- Summon onsite nursing staff or a caregiver when unable to engage the patient
- Observe patients via live video feeds for signs of distress, confusion, or unsafe movement
- Ensure video and communication systems are functioning properly
- Alert onsite nursing staff when patients require direct assistance
- High School Diploma required
- Active Florida CNA or EMT license required
- Ability to work full-time day shift
- Ability to continuously observe assigned patients via live video feeds
- Ability to provide calm, compassionate verbal redirection
- Ability to identify signs of distress, confusion, or unsafe movement
- Ability to operate video and communication systems
Demonstrates the ability to provide continuous patient observation and effectively communicate with nursing staff. Proficient in identifying signs of distress and operating video and communication systems to ensure patient safety.
