Community Hospice & Palliative Care in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Inpatient Clinical Support - Hospice Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to terminally ill patients across settings, supporting comfort, dignity and safety while following the plan of care and aiding families. You may work weekends and across different care sites as needed.
Shift: 7 am–7 pm, 36 hours/week. A $1000 sign-on bonus is offered.
