Patient Care Technician
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Patient Transporter in our Patient Escort Services Department at Baptist Downtown. This is a full-time opportunity.
Accept patient move assignments from the Dispatcher To provide a safe and efficient transport of the patient;
This may be done utilizing a wheelchair, stretcher, or bed and must always be done in a quick yet safe manner.
Work closely with the nursing staff to ensure that continuity of patient care is maintained at all compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.
Education & Credential Requirements:High School Diploma Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
High School
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience working in a hospital setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
