Senior Clinical Informaticist, Clinical Informatics

• Bridge clinical workflows and technology to optimize pediatric patient care
• Design, implement, and support clinical information systems aligned with best practices and inpatient-specific needs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to analyze and improve clinical processes
• Train staff on electronic health records and other clinical applications
• Provide ongoing support for EHR and health information systems
• Act as a liaison between clinical staff, IT professionals, and other stakeholders
• Ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
• Assist with development, optimization, and integration of electronic medical records and information systems
• Analyze processes and collect data to streamline workflows and integrate information technologies into clinical practice

• Experience with hospital ambulatory practice
• Inpatient nursing knowledge or experience
