Job Description Baptist Health is currently looking for a Medical Laboratory Assistant III to join our Lab Outreach team at Baptist Medical Center. This is a day shift, Monday

Outpatient lab work and specimen collection services are available at several Baptist Health locations throughout Northeast Florida.

As a Medical Laboratory Assistant III, you will be responsible for:

• Performing a variety of clerical and technical duties associated with the pre- and post-analytical handling of laboratory specimens and results.
• Communicating laboratory results and responds to specimen-related questions from physicians and various other caregivers.
• Collecting blood specimens for routine and special laboratory procedures.
• Utilizing computer functions.
