Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality mental health care and eager to develop their clinical skills in a supportive environment.

In this position, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurse practitioners and licensed mental health professionals, to ensure holistic and effective client care.
• Support clients across the lifespan(children, adolescents, adults, and older adults) in bothin-office and telehealth settings.
• Foster a welcoming, professional, andclient-centered therapeutic environment.
