Baptist Health is looking to add an Internal Traveler CT Technologist to our Float Pool at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville! This position is part of our internal traveler program which is a 12-week contract with premium pay. This position is eligible to renew their contract after 12 weeks for up to two contracts in total. This is a Full-Time, Night Shift opportunity supporting multiple Baptist Health campuses.

The Float Internal Traveler CT Technologist will be part of Baptist Health’s dynamic Float Team, providing critical imaging support across the system. This role is ideal for an experienced CT Technologist who enjoys variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with different teams and patient populations. Candidates must be comfortable working at up to three Baptist Health campuses based on staffing and departmental needs.

As a Float Internal Traveler CT Technologist, you will be eligible for:

Market Bonus:
An additional biweekly bonus

Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $12,000 sign-on bonus with a one-year commitment for eligible CT Technologists Float Internal Traveler CT Technologist Responsibilities:

Performing high-quality CT procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards

Providing imaging support across up to three Baptist Health campuses based on operational needs

Promoting goodwill among coworkers and other departments while maintaining a positive, professional, and comforting demeanor with patients

Maintaining compliance with all mandatory education, credentialing, and health requirements.

Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner and in accordance with state and federal regulations and institutional policies

Adapting to different departments, workflows, and teams while providing consistent, high-quality patient care Experience Requirements:2-3 years of CT Experience Required Experience working in a CT/Cat Scan Department Hospital-based Imaging Experience Strong customer service and patient-care Experience Ability and willingness to work across multiple Baptist Health campuses

Education & Credential Requirements:

Vocational School Registered Technologist in Radiography ARRT (R) Required Registered Technologist in Computer Tomography ARRT (CT) Required Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Required This Float Internal Traveler CT Technologist opportunity will support Baptist Health locations throughout the Jacksonville area.
