About the Facility:
Join an orthopedic-only outpatient practice in Jacksonville with a strong in-house physician referral network and a collaborative approach to care. Shared Athena EMR provides access to physician notes and imaging, helping the therapy team stay connected to each patient’s treatment. A dedicated physical therapy scheduling team handles appointments, and therapists aren’t responsible for marketing or patient check-in/check-out. You can focus on delivering therapy while building your skills through new-graduate mentorship, continuing education, and physician-led learning opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Rate Range:[PTA range pending confirmation], depending on experience

- Five 8-hour or four 10-hour weekday schedule options
, subject to clinic availability; the four-day option rotates Monday or Friday off every six months - Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Carry out individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and function
- Document patient progress using the organization’s shared Athena EMR
- Foster strong communication with Physical Therapists, physicians, and the orthopedic care team
- Help patients regain independence and return to their daily activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Carry out individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and function

- Foster strong communication with Physical Therapists, physicians, and the orthopedic care team

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an
accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program - Current
FL license
(or eligibility to obtain) - New grads and experienced PTAs welcome!
- Interest in outpatient orthopedics and collaborative patient care
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
