Think Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk/ Bell Desk associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with arrival and departure, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
You will escort guests to rooms, help with luggage, answer inquiries, coordinate taxi requests, and maintain lobby presentation. A minimum of one year in customer service and fluent English are required; physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs is expected.
