Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated Housekeepers/Room Attendants. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms while delivering excellent customer service. The role combines physical activity, attention to detail, professionalism, security awareness, and adherence to hotel procedures. Ideal candidates have a passion for hospitality and take pride in creating an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to company and hotel standards
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and maintain overall room cleanliness and presentation
• Restock guest room amenities, linens, towels, and supplies as required
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, safety, and readiness for incoming guests
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, lost-and-found items, or safety issues to the appropriate department
• Follow established safety, security, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with guests and assist with basic guest needs or concerns
• Protect guest privacy and hotel property by following all security and access procedures
• Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms and tasks within required time frames
• Support team members and other housekeeping duties as business needs require

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping, room attendant, hotel, janitorial, or similar cleaning experience preferred
• Previous hospitality or guest-service experience is a plus
